Are payments and my data secure?
All payments run through Stripe — the same PCI-compliant infrastructure used by millions of businesses. We never store raw card numbers, and your restaurant data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Who owns my menus and content?
You do — fully. Your menus, photos, customer data, and anything generated in Design Studio belong to your restaurant. Export it anytime, and it stays yours if you ever leave.
Do I need any technical setup?
None. Upload a photo of your menu and restoful builds your digital menu, print PDF, QR codes, and website automatically. Most restaurants are live in under 15 minutes — no developers, no installs.
What kind of support do I get?
Real people, not bots. Every plan includes email support; Growth adds priority response, and Pro includes a dedicated account manager to help you get set up and grow.
What are AI credits and will I run out?
Credits power AI features like menu extraction, translations, photography, and Design Studio. Starter includes 3,000/month and Growth 10,000/month — enough for typical use. Pro plans get a custom allowance, and you'll always see your balance in the dashboard.
Does it work with my POS and delivery apps?

How much do online card payments cost?
Restoful charges a 1% platform fee per online card transaction. Standard Stripe processing fees apply separately and vary by country and card type. Guests can also pay at the counter when you enable that option.
What countries do you support?
Restoful works in every country — menus, QR ordering, reservations, marketing tools, and pay-in-person orders are available worldwide. Online card payments are the one feature with a limit: they run through Stripe Connect, which currently supports restaurants in 44 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The trial is absolutely free if you cancel within seven days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime. Start with a 7-day free trial and cancel before it ends at no charge. After that, plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
