restoful is committed to making its platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it as part of how we build and maintain the product rather than a one-time exercise.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognised standard for digital accessibility. This applies both to the restoful application used by restaurant operators and to the marketing pages on restoful.com.
The public restaurant websites, menus, and ordering pages that restoful generates for our customers are built to the same accessible standards. Each generated site carries its own accessibility statement in the restaurant's name. Some content on those sites — such as images or text supplied by the restaurant, or features provided by third parties like payment and delivery partners — is outside our direct control, and we work to improve such areas over time.
Despite our efforts, some parts of the platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA — for example user-uploaded content, documents, or components provided by third-party services. Where we identify a barrier, we prioritise fixing it.
If you encounter any part of restoful that is difficult to use, or you need information or a feature in a different format, please tell us. We welcome your feedback and aim to respond promptly, and we will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an alternative means where necessary.
