These terms govern your use of the website of Vindu ("we", "us"), including browsing our menu, placing orders, booking a table, and taking part in our rewards program. By using this website you agree to these terms. Our website and ordering tools are provided by Restoful on our behalf.

Orders and payment

• Menu items, prices, and availability may change at any time and are confirmed when you place your order.
• We make every effort to describe items accurately, but occasional errors may occur; we may correct an error or decline or cancel an order affected by it.
• Payment is taken at the time you order, through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate delivery, contact, and pickup information.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared to order, an order generally cannot be cancelled once we have begun preparing it. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to put it right, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

Reservations

Table bookings are held for a reasonable time. We may need to change or release a booking; where we can, we will let you know using the contact details you provide.

Allergens and food safety

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, shellfish, and others, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen or from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before you order so we can advise you. You are responsible for making sure a dish is suitable for you.

Rewards program

If we run a rewards program, taking part is optional and free. Points and rewards have no cash value, and we may change or end the program at any time.

Your use of this website

The menus, images, and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and liability
